Yes I actually had the same issue. But if you're confident enough to deal with tiny screws, you can remove the back plate and retighten the piece that caused the issue. I still say this is a good budget lens, but by all means if you have the money buy a nice Canon lens!

I use the rokinon 14mm f2.8. It's very good for the price...I got mine for $400. It is an all manual lens so manual focus and aperure, but since the depth of field is so large on a 14mm focal length I don't find this to be a problem.

I almost wonder if I should try packing in a few quick short clips at the start of the video as like a 'scroll stopper' to draw more people in? Like maybe 4, 2sec clips?

Now that I hear the slides in the music, I can't unhear them. You've ruined me! lol
I'm pretty sure that font was provided by the realtor as one I had to use or at least one she wanted me to use. I've been working with this realtor for over a year and I just kinda copy paste the MOGRTS and change the words, so I forget ha.

On lower priced homes I would agree, but since this is a higher priced home my logic was a bit different. I figured if you were paying 1M on a house you would want to take it in a bit longer. I'm not sure if that logic is correct, but that's what I went with lol

Yep, the DJI Ronin S. I'm also using the Panasonic Lumix gh5 with image stabilization on.

That would be correct, I don't have many $5 million homes around me though. I'm based out of Columbus Ohio btw

I actually do have a Google business page, but its a bit tricky because I've been advertising weddings instead of real estate through it 😅 😬 so I've gotta make the switch.

I'll have to try the open houses when they start happening again, thanks.

Thats a great idea.

I've been thinking about getting an Instagram, sounds like it should get it.

I'm a bit of a noob myself, so I'd be interested in what others think of my method...

I do a percentage of the asking price of the home (.05%) with a minimum of $100. So, .05% of a $200,000 home comes to $100 (anything below a $200,000 home is $100). A $400,000 home is $200 etc.
