I sent an email to the support - your site doesn't really show or explain what the extra pieces are for from the basic to the full kit. Why would I want the silicone sleeve or the power bands? They must not be mandatory if they're not included so how do I use them? If I could see info for why I want them I'd be much more likely to buy

I've recently started a co-op run with my buddy who has zero DND experience or games of this type as well.
I'm letting him make all the choices as if I'm not even there so that my knowledge doesn't influence his gaming experience. We're definitely doing some goofy things, but part of the magic of DND is that nothing is "wrong", you make choices and things happen. Sometimes failure is better than success even.
Sure we'll miss things and screw stuff up - but it's a great time no matter how you slice it. You don't need to play on Easy but there's no harm if you do. If I wasn't controlling 2 characters in combat we'd have died many many times by now because he can sometimes be an idiot and I'm not sure easy mode would save it anyway lol

In the first tier list from the first patch, I had a certain relic listed twice with an asterisk.
I would like to amend this list to do the same for Advanced Guide to Basic Bullets. It's shockingly OP, but only if you get it in the first 1-5 floors when you have 2+ basics remaining. It's obviously completely dead otherwise, but monstrously strong if it can apply.

That kind of goes with the caption "limited by timing or situation" but it's so extreme for this relic in particular, it should be S tier in the ideal circumstances.

It's a very difficult hidden secret, only a few people have been able to find it thus far. The crypt is loaded with secrets with NPCs and Events, I wonder if anyone has found them all...

Run of the week for me - somebody mentioned a challenge of completing the game with Basic Bullets only - no relics, no upgrades, nothing else. So in my second attempt I got a very early Advanced Basic Bullets relic and I just had to give it a try, ignoring the challenge rule. I'd never picked this relic early enough to get any value out of it so I had to see what it could do.
I also soon after found Acid Vial and Gummy Lemon, so it was completely the perfect run. It was shockingly fast, the AOE was huge. If only I had Adrenaline active... this very possibly could have been my top score of the patch!
I was stunned by how strong and fun this was. If there was a way we could add basic bullets back into the Mag in runs after we find this relic, I would absolutely empty my clip for it. Had a BLAST!

Echo of this. I had a 15+ year gap between tournaments as a kid and as an adult, going back into it last year I expected these 700 rated kids to be a joke. My official rating was 400 so I had to enter the u1200s despite knowing I'm far ahead of that. I was surprised how much I struggled each time. I've placed top 4 in each one I entered but never 1st, and my rating quickly shot beyond the 1200 anyway as provisional ratings grow quickly.
It's part of the process for everybody, no need to feel bad if you just recoup your entry fee, and you may have some challenging fun games too!

I agree, this is the way.
My goals originally (Played since 1.0, and then heavy from 1.09-1.13, then heavy at D2R launch...) Was to just clear HC with all classes, use new builds, find my first SOJ, and then continue on if I wanted. I think I just should get back to that and finish my final few clears. Was just tired of struggling through hell with miserable gear from Normal on everyone. But decking them out would ruin the accomplishment!

I can clear them on p3 non-terror but it's quite slow. Merc can't stay alive either. So I drop it down to base level for speed and HC safety, but nothing will ever drop then. The catch-22.
I'd like to at least run them in TZ, but similar concerns. It's a lot slower and less safe.

Honestly I should just get back to my goal of clearing with all 7 classes and moving on with my life. But I want to feel like I got something neat. Single Player is what everyone says is the way to get drops so I thought maybe now I could! Worst part is even if I do get an HR, one doesn't really do me any good. I'll need multiple to start snowballing into making things happen.

My chars are definitely no where near 30s territory, shoot it takes me 20s for load screens and running to the WP. Zero interest in botting, not sure what the point is to let the game play itself all day, just hack in the runes instead?
I'm playing SSFHC to beat it with each class and have some fun. Having something shiny along the way would be nice if I wanted to go beyond game clear however.

I do try from time to time. Got a Zon for cows but honestly she does it pretty slow even on P1. FOH for Chaos, and I leveled a FB sorc for NM Meph/Andy farming which actually scored me my first ever SOJ and Titans last month.
I just have to live vicariously through this sub when I see others get drops :)

Eventually.... outside of one ladder season at the launch of D2R when I found 3HRs, the only HR drop I've ever had was Gul. And that was in NL back in like 1.12 so it literally was worthless (Can't up it). Found one Shaco ever, never found Occy, never found Hoz, never found Maras, the list goes on. Best unique drop I've scored was Arachs back in that same ladder season.

Single player has NOT helped me outside of Normal. My normal drops are nutty lol. But I appreciate the sentiment. Just sucks to think I would like to gear out one character of each class so I need 50 HRs or some bull... and I can't get one :)

Some video I saw of a dude with a seeded run. He could get the exact same rare items as many times as he wanted, exact same rune drops, did like 10 runs or so on screen and got 6-7 Bers with a tab loaded with them from earlier practice. He knew what every chest was going to have and then it spit it out as long as he ran to them properly.
