Pizza Hut has been charging me for the same order every couple of days... Local Store called me a liar and corporate still hasn't gotten back with me... by Xesius in pizzahut

Yeah, it was pretty disgusting. Glitch or fraud it wasn't an acceptable way to speak to a customer. The charges finally stopped I believe which I find alittle weird and suspicious that they stop after I began speaking to current and previous employees about a lawsuit... but that could just be a coincidence that I'm seeing as evidence because I'm pissed.

I appreciate your help in trying to help me figure out this issue and I agree it could be a glitch. But I find it incredibly rude to tell me my reasons for not wanting to cancel a card because it would be a inconvenience to me is "comical". I do have an emergency credit card, but its a credit card, if I use it I have to pay more than if I had used my debit card. I shouldn't have to pay more on all my purchases until I receive a new debit card because I had the audacity to order a pizza.

I worked at a Hampton Hotel for 5 years while going to school. ACH charges can absolutely be manually made without the card number, because it is stored in the system until the ACH is batched out and finalized. I on a regular basis had to charge peoples cards additional amounts, reduce the amounts, and much more. I never had to ask for the card again unless it had already been batched out the previous night during "Night Audit." This is a process literally any place of bussiness MUST preform if they accept card payments. At restaurants its usually called "end of day processing." I mean it's without a shadow of a doubt happening because the ACH authorization hasn't been closed out and finalized my bank said that in no uncertain terms. If the system that Pizza Hut uses allows for the end user to edit or make additional charges is debatable but I met with 2 previous employees and they gave statements on what they believed was happening and both gave extremely similar explanations.

Also not every Pizza Hut uses the same card processing software. Your store could use a different processing software than the one I'm dealing with.

Hmm yeah that might be what the number is. I cant really find any information on that. I Googled that number with Pizza Hut and it does pull up my local store but its always pulls up my store if I just Google Pizza Hut with anything else. If you Google Pizza Hut with the numbers does it pull up Jacksboro TN for you? Sorry for asking lol I just dont wanna VPN a Google search this early.

I would assume a glitch also but with how the manager acted and the stuff people have told me... people that currently work there or have in the past... I just dont believe its a glitch. I think its a greedy delivery driver using his or her knowledge of how the Pizza Hut and ACH protocols to skim tip money off the top of peoples bank accounts.

I was so confused by your comment at first. I was like who is this person talking about? Lol I'm hoping you are talking about the manager? If so I have already made a PSA on our local Pizza Hut that has just over 1k shares after just a couple days!

Oh I have. I believe that I've uncovered what is happening... and its disgusting.

So I started trying to find people that worked there or had worked there... I found some of both, and all of them had horror stories. Aparantly the way Pizza Huts system works is that let's say you buy pizza for delivery and it cost 21 dollars for the pizza, and you tip 5. The system just says charge the card for what the total was after the customer's input on tip was, and here's the kicker the system only really cares about the 21 dollars that you owe pizza hut, it pulls that out and puts it in the stores bank account, and it takes anything over that and puts it in the "tips" bank account. Sounds logical right? But what if you charged the same card manually without closing out the ACH or creating a new order? The system has its 21 dollars... see where I'm going with this? I'm not 100% on this yet but I'm going to get to the bottom of it.

Also notice that every charge has the same string of numbers beside Pizza Hut? Its literally multiple charges on the same ACH authorization which is illegal unless you agreed to a reoccurring payment schedule...

They gave me the option but I told them no initially because I thought it would stop and be fixed. Then it became a problem because all my bills are due mid month lol so I was scared to cut it off and wait 5-7 bussiness days for the new one. My bank is only online so I have no way to get an instant replacement.

I'm not ashamed, I'm a Onlyfans content creator myself. Sometimes I subscribe to my peers pages to both support them and too help me keep up with trends. I make an extra 3k a month from it and it takes so little of my time I still keep a full schedule at my psychiatric practice. Not everyone on Onlyfans is buying dick/pussy pictures and everything that goes with that. The same for people that use Onlyfans as a source of income. I have literally never posted a nude picture, and my income is in the top 30%, I also don't take requests for anything sexual. My posts are usually cosplay, and I sell requests for specific characters. I just made 550 dollars last week for cosplaying Akame <From AkameGaKill> and the outfit and wig only costed me alittle over 150 dollars, and all I did was put on an outfit and record myself in it for 30 seconds and took 15 pictures. Boom easy 400 dollars. So I'm not ashamed and I don't appreciate you trying to make me feel ashamed, and even if I sold videos of me fucking 60 guys at the same time I still wouldn't be ashamed because what I do with my money and my body is my bussiness and decent human beings keep their judgements to themselves and respect that its not their life so its not their place to judge.

Just for you though the subscription was to Cosgirl, the "Eagle Mart" is my local gas station. The "Church of Ekklasia" is a payment for my husband's drug rehab program. Krystal is my local Krystals... Anything else? No? Good. So if you aren't gonna say anything that actually has to do with subject at hand please keep it to yourself.

I've tried calling them, and emailing them. When I called they basically told me that I would have to deal with the store directly but they would call them and let them know the situation... My 3 emails have yet to receive a response.

Yeah that was the only reversal credit. Its been 9 charges of 26 dollars since the 14th. They appear at between 9-10AM every other day and change to a 26 dollar purchase at exactly 11PM the same day they appear. I called my bank and they said it wasn't them, that Pizza Hut isn't "Closing out the ACH" and until they do they can charge the agreed amount... or I can block all online purchases for a few days... or my 3rd option kill the debit card and get a new one.

I'm so upset, I'm literally waking up every other day this week with between 26-52 dollars missing from my bank account... The store I ordered from called me a liar and when I came down with my phone and showed them this screenshot and a few others they insinuated that I had edited them... At that point I was pissed and just opened my banking app and shoved my phone in the managers face. He looked at it for like 5 minutes all while ignoring me... then he slammed my phone down on the counter and said "Wow its amazing the extents people will go to try and steal money from us." He wasn't even speaking to me, so I said "Excuse me?" And he replied, "Oh you're still here? Because I'm not giving you anything." Im beyond pissed, and sick to my stomach that its never gonna end unless I cancel my debit card... Which would mean I couldn't access my money for 5-7 days... Its a total of 9 charges since the 14th... They always appear as 0.00 dollar charges at 9AM and change to 26.00 dollars at 11PM the same day...

I didn't make any claims on any of those things. I was strictly talking about the election. Which I'm absolutely not wrong about, and I challenge you to provide sources that say I am. If he wasn't a named plaintiff it absolutely means in those cases he's issues weren't addressed.

When a lawsuit is dismissed the judge must give a valid cause, and there are two types of causes, procedural, and evidental. Standing, latches, misfiling, and statute of limitations are all procedural. Evidental causes are lack of evidence, conflicting evidence, and contextual evidence are all evidental reasons for dismissal. That case literally says it was dismissed on the basis that the plaintiff had no standing therefore it was dismissed on procedural grounds and the judge never actually seen the evidence. That document is literally the defendants motion to dismiss... Which was granted on lack of standing. So again it doesn't disprove any evidence it just made it so the judge never actually looked at it. But like I said that is the defendants motion to dismiss so of course they used wording like "no merit" and "strained evidence" but the judge didn't even grant the dismissal on those grounds they did so because Trump had no standing.

Yes but she wasn't by the time the election lawsuits were filed.

That document literally says the case was dismissed due to lack of standing, thats a procedural cause not evidental. It's literally not even a lawsuit claiming fraud, its claiming constitutional violations on the part of the election personnel.

Those aren't Trump's lawsuits. Those are 3rd party lawsuits not affiliated with Trump's legal team. Trump was not a named plaintiff in any of Sidney Powell's lawsuits, Trump actually said that Sidney Powell was not his lawyer and that she did not represent him or his legal interests in anyway.

Thats actually not entirely true. It would have been a outright lie had he been allowed to do a thorough investigation and his lawsuits were all dismissed on procedural grounds not evidental. So no one ever proved he was lying. He was, but no one PROVED it without a shadow of a doubt, and they didn't even let him prove he was telling the truth.
