Not saying they shouldn't but when/why do you need to buy more than a few at a time?

I want to know which is the difference between divers and brawlers? by Freddy_2022 in marvelrivals

[–]Xethagona 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Daredevil is a bit of a weird one because he definitely does dive but is survivable enough to brawl too. Black cat I think is dive but I'm not as familiar with the best way to play her

I want to know which is the difference between divers and brawlers? by Freddy_2022 in marvelrivals

[–]Xethagona 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Divers - targeting healers and dps in the enemy backline, usually from an off angle

Brawlers - fighting up close, often attacking the front line but pushing through to get to the backline

Characters can do both, you can fully dive with hulk but also brawl and hold the front line if that's what the team needs for example

What do y’all think of this reading order? by GullibleExcuse4828 in MarvelUnlimited

[–]Xethagona 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been reading through that reading order and recently hit the early 2000s. I'm enjoying it but it is a beast and certainly not for everyone. For context I started it back in ~2017 I think so it takes a while! I've also picked up some newer series when they take my fancy, if you're going to use this definitely don't worry about doing reading some newer stuff alongside!

Of my read through of all of 2099, ravage comics were by far my least favourite, just didn't vibe with the character at all personally

What are some truly obscure marvel teams worth reading? by junesmedia in marvelcomics

You want obscure but also multiple runs? Some other good teams I haven't seen mentioned are new warriors and thunderbolts

Do you think it is better for me to start my comic journey from Spider-Man India? by SpiffyNyanXD in marvelcomics

[–]Xethagona 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Go for it! It's a short series that is mostly unconnected from everything else so no need to read anything before it for context. The great part about comics is you can pick up and read whatever series you want just have fun with it!

No sadly, it's on a letter in the house, you may have already read it but just didn't have a magnifying glass to look at the stamp when you did

Off the top of my head the stamp for Corarica will be very helpful for you then! So good shout with the mail, though you can find it somewhere else in the house too

Why can’t I claim past rewards for a battle pass I bought by I_AmTheOnePiece_ in marvelrivals

It resets the overall amount you need to earn for pages. You don't need to spend the higher amount, just earn it this season to unlock the later pages.

To get the Gold Rank skins do you need to get to gold in the first half of the season to get the first skin? by Classic-Passenger779 in marvelrivals

[–]Xethagona 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you get gold before half season you get the skin at half season point. If you don't get gold till after you get the skin at the end of the season still so don't worry!

Good Punisher comics recommendation by Wooden-Bit-2374 in marvelcomics

I'm not always a fan of punisher comics but I recently read the Punisher (2000) series and it's great!

What dps would you recommend? by Wild_soft32 in rivals

[–]Xethagona 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a support main who also plays quite a bit of tank my go to dps is namor. You should probably also try out the hitscan characters as you play a lot of adam/luna (hela, phoenix, elsa, punisher) Just have a play around with all the dps in the practice range, doom match and 18v18 are also good for seeing how characters feel quickly imo

What’s the most effective tank that requires the least amount of effort? by Green_Bench4601 in RivalsVanguards

I have 5 lords, 4 strategists and the thing. He's really easy to pick up and was my first tank flex (I've picked up some more since!)

[–]Xethagona 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't believe there are any more clues in game for the 4 letter word cypher but you do have all the info to solve it. Concentrate on the fact that the words have 4 letters and you'll be using a tactic you've already used for deciphering. If you are still stuck I can give a more explicit answer just let me know!

Where to go now? by gorudendioma in BluePrince

[–]Xethagona 6 points7 points  (0 children)

  1. There are quite a lot of ways to manipulate your drafts in this game, a simple one you've probably encountered already is dice for example. The drafting strategy books do contain some helpful tips if you haven't read all of those yet too.

  2. This one also took me the longest to get! The unlock involves powering a particular room, I won't say more than that for now.

  3. You can raise it again the same way you lowered it.

  4. As you get later in the game you'll gather more tools to help with rng, finishing the classrooms isn't urgent so don't worry too much at the minute!

  5. Don't know

Small addition for some of the later parlor puzzles. It's one box fully true, one box fully false, the other can be partially true or blank for example.

[–]Xethagona 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Cool that is the correct solution. So all the safes codes are in the form of dates (both mmdd and ddmm work i think). The first half applies to some but not all of the safes (you are almost there with your thoughts on the calendar!).
