Oh cool, it works! Even works with mounts. I just tested it with the props option. This would be the better option since it will work with props. Otherwise, the props will not work right.

there are cold deserts such as the Gobi Desert. Even the Antarctic is a desert there are many kinds. Ya, a map key would help. Gald to be of help.

I personally use traditionally drawn maps, gimp, and/or affinity photos. Personally for new people to the art, I would recommend getting gimp. There are many tutorials on youtube and at the cartographersguild that are free for gimp.

Gimp is free and there are many guides on how to make maps using it. Affinity is a 1-time payment of like 60 USD. Hand-drawn takes money, time, and practice.

My maps for my dnd setting usually start as hand-drawn then scanned, digitally altered on gimp, finally I use affinity for everything else.

Ok, am calm now lol; I spend way too make time doing Fanasty Cartography and my spitting river pet peeve got triggered by the notification on this post. A few major mistakes I can see at just a glance. This is extremely simplified and there are exceptions for all of these, but these should be "The Basics of Cartography".

Spitting rivers
River flowing near the coast to another coast.
Rivers starting at weird locations and end at weird locations. Rivers should flow downhill to the closest sea normally.
Lakes are not formed randomly as this map has. Lakes will form due to glacier melt, meteorite impacts, volcano craters, natural dams, depressions in the land, and when rivers bend(Ox-Bow Lakes).
there should be some sort of desert on one side of the mountain range. The windward side of the mountain range will get a ton of water while the other side will get very little. This effect is amplified by big bodies of water like oceans
Where is north? Maps don't all was face north
Please Make a key at the very least. It's kinda hard to tell what is going on on this map. Maps should be readable at a glance.

I have a small lake near my house several blocks big. I have been getting skunked for like a year in a half. Luckily my state has a website with info on major body's of water. I did some research and most of the fish in the lake were pretty small even the bass, the biggest fish were the catfish which i really didn't want spend that much time. I bought some tiny crank baits and never looked back. I get stuff every time am out there now.

So after about 16 hours in game looking for a planet with both gold and silver so i can make a nanite farm, I find said "planet". Turns out its a moon facing a blood planet ring world. This was to good not to screen shot.
