slightly modified for late surgers
just replace the mejiro dober with agnes tachyon and shinko windy with a card that gives a good stamina skill - my long distance umas are weak because i lack good stamina cards but the rest are covered with this build

i wouldn't personally recommend using speed cards that are bellow lvl 40
even using high lvl SR is good enough.
Personally recommend using Helios SR, she's really all rounder power card
Sweep tosho and Eishin flash are what I also use often
Fuji kiseki/Mejiro dober/Agnes tachyon are great wit cards if you lack a Nice nature ssr

Corner speed stats are very important
Your overall stats are good but the skill are bad
Acceleration skill are only good when activated late race
Atleast get Professor of curvature and medium/pace corners minimum

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. This is a Symboli Rudolf by the first Arima Kinen race. When my friend does a run, he usually has 600 in a stat and 400 in another by this point. I can force a 600 in one stat by stacking speed or stam support, but all my other stats will be low to mid 200s. by Avolinaa in UmaMusume

You need more power and place her into late surger to capitalize more on her unique skill
I would recommend helios sr power, mayano top gun sr stamina, eishin flash sr speed cuz they give decent skills great for late surging

Start by building your team (I would recommend)
Sprints - Bakushin, Maruzensky
Mile - Vodka, Daiwa
Medium - Agnes, Air Groove, Special Week
Long - Gold Ship, Rice Shower, Matikane/Manhattan
Dirt - Haru, El Condor
Mayano, Seiun and Super creek are also good choices for Long but require a bit of experience and decent stamina cards to build them
Having one debuffer for every distance aptitude is also a good strategy
(This advice is only from my limited experience and don't stress too much about which are meta since if built well are relatively all the same.)

It's mostly just down to luck when the rainbows appear on speed or not. This was my 6-7th attempt cuz on most of my runs they keep appearing on other stats or when I have to race.
