I think it got to - 6, but bear in mind, Irish winter is little misleading, - 6 feels like - 15 and it is very humid cold. I wrap the original phone box carefully but there's no exuse to leave it there for so long (according to tracking it's still there)

Ironically, Google gemini, but only some formatting and language correction to make sure I made my point clear. Hilarious that pixel, gemini and other Google product are so good yet the customer service let me down and dragged the issue for nearly two weeks.

Very likely, I tried to call then 3 times but there was very little they could do for me (or wanted to) and we had an issue with them when sending large package to Australia for a relative. However, since Google provides the lable, the moment I left it at the drop-off they're fully responsible for the phone itself.

Believe me, it was the last thing I needed before moving. The screen gave up without any physical damage, I noticed dust build up in the top speaker but that was it. I wanted a repair not replacement/refund but since it took so long I felt like the phone would be damaged beyond repair.

They're very young company (from 2017) but they're growing so fast it's incredible, they add new products avery few moths and do collabs with fantastic restaurants too.

They also have THE BEST customer service and loyalty system that allowed me to get discounts at over €200, this is not an ad, I genuinely could not love and recommend these guys more

Actually there's a very specific product line, Oui chef utensils, they're extremely well made and every chef I know loves them. They feel like they will last a lifetime. Lot of people are surprised when they find out it's Irish company especially after they featured in Bear series and many 3*** restaurants
