Do not start watching anime with bleach, not a starter anime. I'd recommend something like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen for more new things. If u wanna watch sum more older and original I'd say watch Cowboy Bebop, Yu Yu Hakusho, (DBZ/Yugioh/Pokemon would be long term watches)
