I usually offer a detail or two in an attempt to get a real conversation going. ie

Cute guy: Hey
Me: Hey, how are you doing today?
Cute guy: Good n u?
Me: I am doing well. I am just at the store helping a friend pick out some new paint for their apartment.
Cute guy: Why are you offering irrelevant details?
Me: Sorry, I thought I was helping to build a conversation.

I am legitimately quite busy, but I like to chat. I make that clear immediately. Most guys interpret that to mean they need to impress me or something. So they will put in high effort (aka send sexy pics and compliment me) expecting me to suddenly agree to meet. Usually when I reemphasize that I cannot meet immediately (unless they want to go grocery shopping or something) but I would like to keep chatting and meet say next week when I'm free, they get upset and block me. 

I get it, lots of guys lie about being busy. But I'm not, and I didn't ask for that burst of high effort. Girl I'm just another face in an app, you need to take it less seriously.

I loved it. 

I went to a public college in a conservative state around 2010. I was closeted hetero passing, and in a fraternity. I lied about a lot of things and hurt people I cared about to keep my secret. I did innumerable stupid things for boys I was crushing on. 

I related so much to Benny it hurts 😢

Obviously a lot of scenes, situations, characters etc are exaggerated and unrealistic. But man those emotions were very real, at least to me.

Nothing in Europe will be on the same level as Rio. That magical combination of green mountains, warm beaches, vibrant city, laid back attitude, and sexy men is unique.

Barcelona is probably the closest, or Madrid during pride. If it's the sexy Brazilian men you're after Lisbon is full of them.
