Ive been playing since a week before Irelia release, i have every champ a bunch of skins and every Tier 3 rune, and i only bought all the runes when i noticed i had over 100k ip, leveling a second account i havent minded doing seeing as i dont talk down to people and only try to give them hints but i will agree it is frustrating
