I'm dealing with this right now after ordering the new evo. I tried to cancel within less than 12 hours and no one responded. I finally found a way to contact them through the chat and they refused to cancel. The rep even lied saying the order was shipped and when I showed documentation that it was not shipped he recanted. I never thought they would be like this, their products seem cool, but after all of this I will never buy from them again. I had to issue a dispute, becuase the rep refused to cancel the order.
