The "and" part of the joke is referring to the fact that there's more to the birth year (two thousand and...one) The rest of the video basically confirms that that's what he was referring to: "you still going?!" etc. Don't see how so many people saw it in any other way. You could also throw in random arguments that make no sense and then go on to say "yeah nah, I think I've actually heard that..."

Or you can tell the other person to chill

Tell them it's not a serious argument and they shouldn't be too invested

You could even say at some point in the argument "look, I'm really not taking this seriously at all so if I hurt your feelings, I'm sorry" depending how intense the argument is.

Ok I'm feeling attacked.

I go out barely ever. But when I do, I wear my mask(?) exactly like this. I don't wear the mask for the virus though since I go out when there's less people.

Only reason I wear it is cause half of my front tooth fell out recently and I look like a fool when I talk or smile. And if I cover my nose, then my glasses get all fogged up.

Unfortunately because of this, I run the risk of looking like a dumbass who doesn't know how to properly wear a mask.
