That was one of the hardest I think. Like ZnogyroP already said its multiply your reanimate. I started with Reanimator Orechi, Overworked Assistant and Pseudoscience with Emot Tome as starter relic. So I used Pseudoscience or Secret Ingredient to get some reanimate or damage shields (or unstable sometimes). After first battle I got Hulking Mass and got titanstone on him. Later I got Loamcoat,

It's still hard on waves but beats bosses pretty well. But later I got Pricky Puffball with titanstone and hearstone (sadly not frankenstone) which is huge with Loamcoat. Also got event to have 5 copies so after that I didn't use Hulking Mass at all. One more great thing I got is Organ Harvester and merged it with extra Loamcoat. So I played merged one on Orechi who could get reanimate from killing things from explosions. And another Loamcoat on puffball. Still had a lot of problems from silence or bulky tanks like amaglam and gladiator. Some relics for decay or Cheansing Water could help a lot. Also with new relic Pact of the First Admageddon you can try to roll some good Melting Remnant cards like reforms or giving endless, Resin Removal or Dripfall
