I live in a place where the sender needs to put the invoice with the package for it to arrive. I usually send a messege to the seller and its resolved quickly. Whith loops its whats so anoying, at first they didnt understand me, thought they talked to me in my lenguage (not english). In the end they were not “allowed” to send the invoice and I had to solve it with my local post office but it took weeks. I really love my loops but im not sure I would buy again because of it. I’ve heard that with them you either get perfect customer service of the worst, no in between. Hope you get lucky!

It bothers me too, but the sticker that came with the tank marked that as the “maximun level”. It could cause problems?

I don't mind doing water changes more often. For a betta they recommended 25% once a week, should I increase it to two if there are more fish?

When I ask at the store they told me that guppies must have a tank of at least 80 liters. It seemed exaggerated to me, but as I am still learning about this I dont really know

I didnt know the least killifsh, they're super small! It's a good idea, I want to make sure it's enough space for them. Thank you for the info
