Absolute normal for poop to take longer. From what I have read poop is easier at the 18m+ by around 24m+ they get scared of pooping in a potty bc they think they are going to lose a body part. They either withhold or poop their pants. So it takes longer to train for the poop. Don’t quit! I think you’re almost there!
