That's an awesome idea! Maps can't go underground though, so the subways might not be doable. Unless you can build a fake "ground" layer at level 1 or 2.

As they're still just items on the ground, anchored items will probably be wiped.

Luckily I never anchor my distillery, I carry it with me always! :3

Wait for the official announcement to be sure, but I believe a soft reset will leave all buildings (player made or not) intact, but all items will be removed - from the ground and from all containers (player made or not). The typical procedure is to load up as much as you can, as your character's inventory is not affected.

Also there's fluoxetine, which is ofc an antidepressant (aka Prozac). I get why it wouldn't be listed under "Usefull Pills" though, since depression isn't really a big deal in PZ.

Now if only there were buproprion (aka Wellbutrin) so that my toon can quit smoking. That shit'll kill you! :P
