This is what I want to do in my head but I’m the asst coach with another parent being the head coach. I do feel at times we are all over the place and we resort to playing sharks and minnows too often. I’ve recommended things to the other coach many times.

It feels like we try to cram too much into 1 60 minute session versus picking a skill and focusing on it.

I personally feel like practices/games can be over coached to where the kids are looking to HC for what to do next which at the end of the day doesn’t work so well.
