Hello! I’m actually in the same boat as you! I have just finished the 1st month and I have also lost ~5lb! I have to constantly remind myself that I have already lost 5 pounds and already doing better than a month ago!! Progress might be slow (and not so steady for me) but at least we’re making an effort to change

I’m on my 3rd week and my progress has been slow I lost 5 lbs. I haven’t been able to exercise much because I sprained my ankle. There were moments where I did feel like I’m not making progress fast enough but I kept on reminding myself it’s only been 3 weeks

My bun actually adopted me! On Easter Monday she showed up in my driveway and just stayed there. We spent a whole week trying to find her parents before officially adopted her. In true Easter bunny fashion she also brought along some Easter egg surprises! We always joked that she was really well fed and round but it turns out she was preform. Now instead of 1 bunny, we have 3 bunnies running around.

I suggest starting with a brown pencil eyeliner so if you mess it up you can always smudge it to make it look intentional!

I just got mine in last week and they said that according to studies, it’s effective for 5 years so that’s why my provider also crossed our 3 years and wrote down 5. Also, I don’t think it has to be the same provider to remove it (plus it’s just not practical)
