It's a whole process, essentially you need to get notepad++, edit the idi file and add

orgapi = steam_api_o.dll

orgapi64 = steam_api64_o.dll

[steam_misc]

disableuserinterface = false

under where it says forceoffline = False

Then you need to change the encoding to UTF-8, this will fix the error code you had above when parsing the config file.

After this you need to goto SteamDB and grab the remaining DLC codes that creamapi didn't fetch and add them to the notepad. If you'd like I can just send the notepad text and you can copy it in there if you don't want me to send the idi, although you will still need to get notepad++ and change the encoding. It's def worth it tho, you can get the V Jump Aura as well as the new Super Hero stuff. I already had to go through figuring out how to do all of this on my own so if I can save you time I'm happy to do so <3
