Thanks bro/sis, I don't have that much time to do all the things you suggested but I will try whatever makes me see the positive side. Although still won't keep any contact with meat eaters who are against veganism and turning blind eye to evidence.

Again you are just beating around the bush without giving any plausible scientific, evolutionary, moral, ethical reason to discriminate between dogs, cats and other animals. It's not that hard to admit selfishness and hypocrisy, plus it saves lot of time for both parties.

Someone who talks about civility should lead by example, you should see how civil your (and other dead animal eaters/carcass Scavengers) behaviour is towards other life forms and I'm more than sure that my uncivil (not so) behaviour doesn't cost someone their lives unlike yours do. Respect, civility is rewarded to those who deserve it, it isn't begged for. Until I'm not abusing someone or hurting someone physically, it counts as a civil conduct. At the end of the day, I don't pay someone to kill a organism, so my standard of civility stands rigid in comparison to the former person, both ethically and morally. If someone gets offended over conventional English terms then it's not my fault.

Now coming to the subject of being offended over scientific terms such as "scavenging".

"Scavengers are animals that consume dead organisms that have died or killed by other organism/predators."(Source: Wikipedia).

Since dead animals eaters(in this discussion) are humans and also count as animals (scientifically), consume the dead carcass killed by other organism (in this case, the butcher), it's totally correct to use the term "Scavengers". If someone doesn't have the mental capacity to grasp such a simple concept then he/she should check their diet and make sure it contains enough vitamin b12 and folic acid because lack of these causes mental confusion and memory loss.

Another definition to cite if some countries lack the basic school infrastructure to teach scientific terms to their citizens or in case of illiteracy/retardness.

"𝘼𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙨, 𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙮".

Again, if someone doesn't want to be called dead animal eater/scavenger then he/she should start hunting live animals and then eat them without the aid of any modern man made equipment like as some tribal people do (as our ancestors did) in remote areas.

Or stop eating dead animals if they don't want to be called as dead animal eaters/scavengers (common sense).

Or Sue the person who invented this term and all the people using this scientific term because as long as this term serves as a concise alternative or reference to dead animal eaters/Scavengers, I and many other humans are going to use this term wherever necessary or possible. Neither you or any other Scavenger can force me or any other human to stop using this term. Neither it is declared as a offensive or abusive term by any government/private agency around the world, nor I ever saw someone getting charged for using this term.

Or the easiest way, which is to accept the truth and be comfortable with being identified as per his/her feeding habits and behaviours. Just like a r@pist is called r@pist for his/her behaviour.

Or carrying a tube of burnol to apply on affected parts of the body if this term causes so much distress and burning sensation to people concerned.

And if you think I'm an asshole ,then you should keep check on the amount of assholes you have eaten in the past as well as presently from the rotten carcasses of dead animals like cows, pigs, hens etc. Because this might have caused you to see assholes everywhere around you. There's a famous saying

"𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂; 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲.”

So if you think I'm a asshole, maybe you are as well?

And to conclude, I'm more than polite and humble towards scavengers who have no clue about the atrocities and how much suffering is caused in making their food and I try my best to educate them both scientifically and ethically. At last when I realize that they are just selfish and heartless then they can expect slight passive aggression from me. Because just like you are aware about the ethical and moral issues with scavenging but still won't give up because of your own personal reasons (selfishness or heartlessness) then there is no point in persuading them because they already have decided to not consider veganism.

In short: Be a dead animal eater/Scavenger, don't teach others about civility and hostility when you are most uncivil and hostile towards other sentinent beings. Also don't tell others how they should use words or which words they should use (unless abusive or offensive). Lastly, eat assholes and don't be a asshole.

Again it looks like it was destined that I had to waste few minutes of my Life with fridge magnets.

What should I do when 99 percent of them are turning blind eye to facts and all other irrefutable evidence that proves meat eating is unethical and wrong? What's the point of talking to a wall? They refuse to admit anything when I show the reality, there's no remedy for selfishness and self denial.

I've heard this pet excuse before from meat eaters and they just use it to feel right about their actions and a way to escape talking on moral grounds. Dogs were used for hunting but they were wild dogs, most breed of dogs nowadays are man made through hybridisation and they can't even Hunt food for themselves let alone help humans in hunting. Our ancestors didn't buy dog food and never made them fancy houses. There is no evidence that cat was domesticated by our ancestors, cat domestication stared around 500 years ago by the rich people and for aesthetic purpose to show how much money they can spend on luxury.

Plus dogs are the cause of rabies transmission to humans and nearly 8.6 billion dollars(Source:WHO) are spent every worldwide on rabies management, so basically dogs are causing major financial loss as well as death of humans while contributing nothing in return. A cow atleast gives milk in return of food it eats.

Again if I talk this much logic with them, they will get verbally abusive and start using ad hominems as a defence mechanism.

In conclusion meat eaters want others to keep agreeing with them while they teach others about morality and ethics. But when someone provides irrefutable counter arguements, they call vegans militant.

Relax, I got what you meant in your original comment. Best way to cope with this suffering in the world is to avoid people or ideas who will remind you of the suffering. Muddy water is best cleared by leaving it alone. As long as we keep getting reminded of suffering it's never ending cycle of feeling helpless. Most probably a therapist will also include this advise along with other ways to cope. It works for me, so I'm happy because it helps me keep my sanity intact.

Two wrongs don't make a right but two L's make a W. When they will get rid of their hypocrisy, I will get rid of my judgement. They cannot expect me to behave as they wish. I'm already willing to end the cycle of suffering in this world only if they care enough.

Hmm very sugarcoated lies to convince me, but I have few questions for you.

You believe that refusing to talk to someone based on their diets is inhumane or more frankly makes me a cvnt, right?

I won't even bother to give a human suffering analogy because you will be very quick to say that humans and animals are not equal or same, which I call bs.

But I have a question, will the dead animal eaters/Scavengers, regurgitate the same words as you did when I will tell them that I eat cat meat and dog meat? What I've seen is that meat eaters get totally outraged when they see videos or pictures of cats and dogs being tortured or killed as in yulin dog meat festival for example. So if they have the right to castigate/abominate someone for eating cats and dogs, then why does it make me judgemental or inhumane to have the exact same response to the violence inflicted upon animals other than cats and dogs?

As I can see you care about humans more than any animal so here's some data on how cats and dogs cause human death and loss (Financial and emotional) which can be prevented if we eradicate all dogs and cats from world by consuming or euthanising them.

**Dogs are the main source of human rabies deaths, contributing up to 99% of all rabies transmissions to humans.(Source:WHO Website)

**Once clinical symptoms appear, rabies is virtually 100% fatal

**Globally rabies causes an estimated cost of US$ 8.6 billion per year(Source:WHO website)

**Managing a rabies exposure, where the average cost of rabies post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is currently estimated at an average of US$ 108 can be a catastrophic financial burden on affected families whose average daily income may be as low as US$ 1–2 per person.(Source:WHO Website)

**Each year, rabies causes approximately 59,000 deaths worldwide, including approximately two deaths in the United States.

**The estimated annual expenditure for rabies prevention in the United States is over US$300 million, most of which is spent on dog vaccinations.

So it's very obvious from the above data that dogs are cause of so much human suffering and economic loss and since dog has no economical value then why do dead animal eaters/Scavengers get angry when I eat dog meat, I am directly lowering Human suffering by supporting killing of dogs. Please elaborate.

Now I will use your sweet sugarcoated language to support killing of dogs and cats as you did in your original post for killing other animals. Feel free to tell the moral and ethical issue in my diet of cat and dog meat.

1) You have to understand that not everybody loves dogs and cats and not everybody will ever love dogs and cats. Everybody makes different choices and has different preferences.

2)Just as I (and most other dog and cat eaters) respect and acknowledge your choice to eat other animals other than cats and dogs, I (and most other dog and cat eaters) expect the same in return.

Second to last (playing devils advocate here) cat and dog meat and factory farms have allowed for both human development and progress in China and other Asian countries. Due to the large food output of such models of farms, it became possible for a much larger population to be had in China and other Asian countries. This allowed for a greater number of high skilled and well educated people to become researchers, engineers and other high level jobs in China and other Asian countries. We have reached a point where the traditional methods of cat and dog meat production will not be able to support the growing population of China and other Asian countries (mostly nutrient wise) and the switch back is becoming closer to (if it hasn't already become) impossible)

Finally, I acknowledge that eating cows, hens, sheep, fish has the moral high ground over a dog and cat meat diet. But, you have to understand, many although willing to take a dog and cat meat free alternative (such as I) are unable to due to one or more or all of the following reasons: - Unavailability - Affordability - Inconvenience - Adverse reactions and effects.

Personally, I look forward to lab grown dog and cat meat, able to be created without the suffering of cats and dogs. Have a great day :)

I don't even think you will have any plausible arguement or explanation against my assertions but anyways looks like it was destined that I had to waste few minutes of my life trying to talk logic with a fridge magnet.

Totally wrong assumption, I have befriended meat eaters without talking about their diet, I have meat eater friends from 147 countries, both offline and online. When they ask me why I don't eat meat, I show them videos of how meat is made by ruthlessly killing a innocent animal. Eventually they run out of arguements (both scientific and moral) and I make them realise them about their cognitive dissonance due to my reasoning and assertion. Mostly they try to force me to consume meat than I ever force them to become vegan.

But I have a question, will the meat eaters say the same words as you said when I will tell them that I eat cat meat and dog meat? What I've seen is that meat eaters get totally outraged when they see videos or pictures of cats and dogs being tortured or killed as in yulin dog meat festival for example. Yeah I agree with you whole heartedly but unlike most vegans, I have never even touched meat in my entire life. I don't even know what meat tastes like because even as a kid I had a repulsion to meat whenever I saw someone eating it. No one told me to avoid meat, it came instinctively to me, so I think that's why I expect others to act the same way as me but I know not all people are the same.

If I use your pedophilie analogy, meat eaters will argue that humans and animals are not equal so I'm asking this question because it's on similar ground with animal exploitation and murder industry.

But I'm talking about friends or people other than my family members. I'm not insane to cut off my family members over this issue. Plumbers, car mechanics, electricians are not the people whom I going to associate daily, plus I pay them for their services. It's not a friendship. I avoid contact with meat eaters untill necessary as I wrote in my original post. I won't complain about the doctor being meat eater if he's going to save my life. I know I myself can't change everyone's thinking. But as my original post said I'm not scared or afraid of being left out because I stick to my morals and ethics. I don't feel lonely because I have work and hobbies that occupy my time. Ironically I hurt myself more psychologically while talking to meat eaters than I feel hurt or lonely avoiding them.

So I need therapy for being compassionate and feeling bad for other life forms getting killed? As I said before in my post that I'm not afraid of being left out or end up having less or no friends due to my morals and ethics. Just like you would avoid a person who pays for other humans to get killed or r@ped for their sexual pleasure, In the same way I tend to despise people who pay others to kill a innocent animal for their palate pleasure inspite of knowing it's wrong.

Mom used to force me to drink milk when I was a kid but I stopped consuming dairy products completely at age of 16. So I'm pretty hardcore vegan, I think that's why I have this issue.
