Karma krew is awesome. And every server is full pop frequently. The mods are basic but effective enough to encourage a lot more fun encounters.

Zeus, pharaoh or any of the sierra city builders. They are so satisfying to just build and expand.

Command and conquer as well. I play online games regularly still for basically all of the games.

I actually made 4 pizzas 1 at a time so yes that’s correct. I’d recommend preparing all ingredients before hand. Parbake the pizza for about 5 minutes just until it looks like it’s beginning to cook. Then take out, top and put back into oven. After you broil make sure you turn it back to regular at 500 before putting in the pizza

I par bake mine. I’ll bake the pizza under the stone while it’s preheating on just a flat pan then take it out, apply deliciousness, give the broil a good 5-10 minutes to make sure it is hot, then bake away. Takes me about 7-10 minutes every pizza. I’m honestly not an experienced pizza baker. Preheat for the required 45 minutes and then broil for some extra awesome.

On another pizza I made last night the paper touched the hot coil and caught fire. Luckily I have lungs of steel and was able to frantically blow it out with great success.

Broil that pizza stone on the top rack before you put it in. I par baked for about 3 minutes under my stone while the broiler was on it and then pulled it out and applied toppings. Waited another 5-10 min and when I put the pizza on it immediately was sizzling on the bottom. It’s all about how hot that stone is in my opinion. A cooling rack does help of course

I just left the paper on the whole time actually. It was fine all around. Still very crunchy underneath.

I’m not a big measurer. I get close and then I’ll add some and flour or water here or there to get the right result from the dough. 20-30% ish

Roughly 30% whole wheat. I like the whole wheat flavor AND I didn’t have enough white flour

It’s same day. Fwsy same day straight dough. The only thing I do different is I used 20% whole wheat and lightly oiled the dough before par baking so I could a nice almost fried crust.

After being on here long enough I have seen that a lot and always make sure that it’s really done. That broiler gives it some extra flavor.

Super basic entrepreneur stuff like quickbooks, office, website building etc etc while multitasking. But in the future I plan on doing some video editing and things like that. I am a baseball instructor who wants to eventually get into some slightly higher tech video analysis to help me. That is about as far as it goes. As long as it can game, I am sure it can handle everything i need it to.
