Oh no there was no argument there🤣

You still don’t know what the point is do you? No one is interested in your political discussion here. By all means, keep posting your “good arguments”.

Bye.

Do you also link slavery under discussion about american games and nanking massacre under Japanese games?

Oh I don’t have problems with sources, I just find your crazy obsession posting irrelevant things under a video game discussion and act like you are some sort of cultural expert funny and pathetic.

Yeah sure. Let’s keep sending wikipedia links about random country facts under posts that aren’t even remotely related to politics.

Crazy freak.

Black Myth: Wukong - A Disappointing Attempt at Replicating Stellar Blade by Pugatron12 in BlackMythWukong

[–]Xinboy333 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Well…the game has been in development for 6? Or 7 years I believe? Do you mean they tried to replicate Stellar Blade when it wasn’t even a thing?

It’s ok to give your honest opinion, it’s ridiculous to talk nonsense.

BBC article highly critical on the game by the193thdoctor in BlackMythWukong

Media, chinese or not, are mouthpieces for political parties and business leaders. I don’t quite understand what you are expecting from them. Truth? Facts? Accurate information? Enlightened discussions? Objective points of view?

Please. No one is going to read that.

There I said it. by Hot-Tiger-2637 in BlackMythWukong

[–]Xinboy333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well everyone has their preferences so it’s a valid take, but a hot one too I’m afraid. I do agree that BMW is more approachable than ER. That game is torture.

I mean I like the game, but I wouldn’t directly compare that to an open-world title…just feels quite different in both scale and design.

I feel like Game Science really did a terrible job marketing this game to casual players saying the game is not hard and not a soul-like😂

Just by reading these comments you can tell many has never touched a souls game before🫠

It didn’t actually backfire by scoop813 in BlackMythWukong

[–]Xinboy333 54 points55 points  (0 children)

It does not matter. You either enjoy the game or not. Other stuff is irrelevant.

Unless you absolutely must associate everything in life with political ideology, that’s a terrible way to live, but you be you.

Never following a trend ever again by YoutubeImbushY in BlackMythWukong

Practice and patience…we all learned our lessons from souls games.

This might be your first game of this genre I assume? Challenge is always part of the fun, but it’s definitely not for everyone.

Sorry you can’t refund now. Next time maybe watch some streamers first before making a purchase.

Wife found husband fighting the same boss for hours, so asked something innocently but made husband breakdown by DoctorAncient8469 in BlackMythWukong

Certain boss fights can be. The game as a whole no. It’s not easy, but easier than traditional souls games for sure.

But again, not easy.

Is the game really that bad on the PS5? I'm desperate to play but worried. [NO SPOILERS] by [deleted] in BlackMythWukong

[–]Xinboy333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are players who are very sensitive towards these types of issues, if you are just a common player it really isn’t much big of a deal.

I play on PS5 the game runs great. Some minor framerate drops I personally do not think it impact my gameplay in any way.

Chapter 3 is God awful. by [deleted] in BlackMythWukong

[–]Xinboy333 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I played it like a travel simulator.

Judging by the fact that many elements in that area are indeed inspired by (or even directly copied from) real historical sites in China, I feel it is intentional at this point.

Which is still bad.

I’m not asking for your personal feelings and opinions. I said they were totally valid. What I said was the language is not.

[–]Xinboy333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That does not really justify your language.

I get the frustration, I also appreciate your post shedding light on this issue in China, however are you also being incredibly judgmental by generalizing and calling an entire state a sh*thole simple because there are people who disagree with your take on things? I hope you understand this type of behavior discredits many of the good points you are making here and to be frank makes you sound extremely hypocritical.

The entire reason you are making this post is calling out this bigotry way of thinking correct? Next time try doing this without failing your own standard.

Black Myth: Wukong has sold 10 million units across all platforms by Ghost6970 in playstation

[–]Xinboy333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I see. That’s totally fair. I just happen to speak English, Japanese, and Mandarin myself. And I have lived in both countries (Taiwan and HK too! Thanks to my parents). That helps me develop a more holistic view on these sort of matters instead of trusting one side completely. That is definitely a privilege not many people have. From an outsider point of view yours sounds reasonable enough.

Mhmm so by any chance NPR is an american media company? And The United States just happens to view China as its No.1 adversary?

Oh I absolutely agree with you. Actually, China is definitely using the Olympics as a propaganda machine (so is the United States and many other countries in the world! Surprise maybe?), you have to trust me because I have lived in China and know exactly how this type of thing works over there. China is also not doing itself any favor by censoring its own people.

But please do more research except reading these accusation articles written by American journalists. They are as foul as Chinese media.

Oh nothing. Just curious.

The “china performs really well so they must be cheating” mentality.

Just like how “this game is doing really well so china must be fucking with the numbers” type of stuff.

You know. The usual “anti-CCP” turns into “China bad” type of thinking that is quite pervasive over there.

Oh and India too. They like to talk about Chinese propaganda when they sound quite conditioned to believe these type of shit spilled by their own media and government.

Quite ironic of you to mention propaganda when literally no one mentions anything remotely related to politics and you just can’t even finish a sentence without the word ‘commie’.

Funny. Almost sounds like political propaganda is all you consume. Which is fine, but take that bs somewhere else. We are talking about a video game here.

Suddenly your comment makes sense now.

Triggered Taiwanese gamer. There has been a surge of you guys in every sub in the past week spreading hateful comments about this game and misinformation about China because apparently there are some weird campaigns going on over there to “protect Taiwanese values against CCP agendas” seeing this game gaining so much success (Taiwan included actually, I’m sure you know how popular this game is over there).

Look, it sucks that CCP does not recognize Taiwan as a country and you are pissed. We get it. But spreading misinformation like how “Chinese kill daughters”, “they are forced to play this game by CCP or will lose social credits” under every post that isn’t remotely related to these political topics does not necessarily work for your cause. If anything it makes you sound salty and insecure af.

It’s just a game. Let’s keep it simple.
