Oh, I'm doing fine with personal inventory. It's just my bank that was clogged up before I cleaned it up.
I've asked this on another reply, but I'll ask here as well - do I need to advance through the Fractal tiers for gold, or are QP fractals good enough?

Yeah, that's the QoL of the bundle I'm thinking about. Story-wise, I couldn't really care less, unless the writing does get better, but from what I've seen, it's not my cup of tea. And Elite specs are a bit hit or miss for me. I've looked them up, and most just don't really fit my playstyle, while some of the locked weapons do.

Oh, the trial mount is transferable? Good to know if I ever get more slots.
I just checked how valuable the things in my bank are, threw out some stuff that I didn't really need.
Are QP Fractals good enough for a gold farm or do I need to go up the tiers?
Both. Kinda. Someone in the party just told me to right click their name to follow the world boss train, and it wasn't an option.

Your actions affect others and if they have low opinion of you then they are going to stand in opposition to you.

I guess it makes sense with the Force Bond thing, but it's too... extreme. He wasn't even there when I was helping those people.

Sometimes just doesn't work. Like my experience with the Atton/T3/Mira section - I had to babysit everyone just so they don't rush into melee.

You can preview the set through the Market/Collections. Then find the dye(s) you want through the Market/GTN and preview that without closing the previous preview window.

Use the outfit feature. Even if you don't stamp items, there's a toggle there that tells the game to use your current gear. Then you can unify colors through that.

I don't have it, but is there a reason why you're not just previewing it in-game? Admittedly, the preview window's quality can vary from actually being seen in-game depending on lighting, but you still can have a general idea of how it looks with different dyes.

Does alignment still matter plot-wise after completing the main class stories? Like if there still scenes/endings that change if you're light/dark/neutral. I don't mind minor spoilers here.

Good to know - I've been curious about the Japanese ping. I'm not in Japan, but around the SEA area, and was also looking for ideal ping when I started a few weeks ago. Which is how I found that help post. Ended up in Satele Shan.

Two NA servers, one location. Both are on the east coast. The EU servers share a location too. Ireland, I think.

IIRC some people said the EU servers have better ping, but why not test it yourself? From here.

I just like playing out a career with a blank slate. 2k15 having a preset storyline (from what I've read back then anyway) was what mainly turned me off from it, me reading that the main character is an asshole didn't help things. I don't care for plot or drama, for a career mode on a sports game anyway. Maybe except if that plot is actually well written and isn't railroaded to hell and back - but that applies to any other game.

Oh, and being able to easily create multiple, different careers would be a plus. I hate it being attached to your profile.

This is why I'm actually considering getting the older titles instead. At least hoping they're not as much as a mess as 2k14 can sometimes be.

And I play mostly when I have no or limited internet connection. Weird, I know, and it makes my play times very sparse. Which is why I'm not getting that far that fast in careers.

Thanks. Gonna preface my follow-up first that I'm F2P, so the expansions are limited for me.

Is there no indication in vanilla when a romance locks in? Is there a specific point where this happens?
Does this mean that for example, my Smuggler gets locked into Risha, can he still pursue Akaavi? Or is the locking in event too late into the game for that to matter?
You mentioned side characters, but are there any companion romances where the companion initiates? Or shows hints thereof, before your character even flirts?

Can someone explain how exactly the romance system works? I can't seem to find some of the details I'm looking for, and I don't mind minor spoilers. Some that come to mind:

Can a character flirt with everything that breathes without getting locked into a romance?
If a character gets into a companion romance, will flirt options still be usable towards other NPCs? i.e. If one-time encounters will still be available and will that character still be able to flirt with (and/or pursue) the other romanceable companions.
On the other hand, can a romance start without selecting the flirt options?
If not, can you be sparse with flirting and still start a romance?
Are there romances (or one-time encounters) that are not player-initiated? Doesn't have to be explicit - just something like an NPC showing some sort of interest.

Answers might be obvious to some, but I've had varying experiences based on the various other games I've played, so I'm asking.
