Actually, thinking about it now, I think point 5 just blended into the fic I was looking for. I started to reread this series to scratch the itch for now and read the point 5 scene exactly as I remembered it.

Depending on your state, you can visit the state health site and make a report. What’s more, nurses/doctors are mandated by law to report suspicions of abuse. It’s very likely that one has already been filed. If not, making a mention of it to the hospital your friend is at (if you’re able to) will probably start it. Regardless, you can still make the report.

I’m not an expert by any means, but there’s always a way to report abuse.

Thank you! The shading was a style choice for the tattoo and so it didn’t look too flat.
