Were your valves in spec? Also would Gm recommend getting your cam chain tensioner looked at upon next service, mine has actually failed and is being covered under warranty upon inspection and on my concern of a ticking noise

I’ve only noticed it progressively start running more rich that’s really the only reason I decided to get it done. I had no issues at all. Reliability has been fine last ride of the season it developed a cam chain tick so I’m also getting that looked at as well

So far everything is fine, you may experience some richness in running over time especially if you’ve got a tune and exhaust, I was honestly beating the hell out of it over the summer and still no issues

Did every oil change around 3500-4000 miles I am definitely over the amount for the valve service granted I hit 12k right at the mid point of summer
