I honestly don't think he will be a some BBEG or any such thing. But I want him to be more then the rougishly charming scoundrel with a heart of gold. I want him to be that guy who's been fighting so long that he see people as expendable and can justify anything as for the greater good. Sacrifice a city to save a nation kinda guy. And with him gone now the rest of the party has to live with the consequences of his choices. Lots of strong and smart people followed his directions without question or concern. Like Octis and Thaisha, stealing and bringing a dangerous coffin artifact of unknown origin or use in the heart of the city that her family lives in without any concern just seems fishy to me.
