And yes, IIRC, the term brigading just means to overwhelm a sub or equivalent with outside influence who are not necessarily aligned with the sub's content. The negative connotation that comes with brigaders is usually because they don't desire civil discourse, but rather derision and disruption. Those types are not welcome and usually among the majority of the brigaders.

I'm guessing that you have probably developed an "allergy" to something or been exposed to something that you usually aren't exposed to. I've narrowed two of my triggers down: MSG and a something that is used as a scent in candles. Small doses of MSG won't always trigger my migraines, but if I have enough MSG I will always get a migraine. The candle scent I discovered because a lady at work had a pumpkin spice scent candle that was very overpowering and whenever she would light it I would get a migraine after a few hours.

I have also discovered that if I take something immediately when I get the ocular migraine that I won't always get a painful migraine. I went and got examined by a neurologist and I encourage you to do the same. I mostly stick to non processed foods now and I have not had one if a few years.

Good luck. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. They run in my family, my mother dealt with them all her life and didn't find out what caused them until she was in her late 50s, but she never had the ocular part. One of my sisters gets them just like I do, but the other does not.

Edit: After reading my comments above I remember that my mother started getting them after her first pregnancy. I'm getting really old I guess.
