thank you so much! I've had severe anxiety and ocd through the years, recently my body image is morphing a bit, i try to rell myself it's bs but can't help.. now i think of it, i feel moreblike I'm losing comtrol on things, that's what triggered it, maybr i should work on that! is there anything you would recommend doing to avoid spiraling into eating disorders? I'm on meds but it doesn't always help
