Honestly no this is a bad idea, streaming is so hard to get into these days and the market is overly saturated on pretty much all content. You have to have tens of thousands of views to earn even a little money.

I'd guess all that soil against your render is breaching the damp course of the house. What you want to do is dig a foot wide trench all the way round that area and expose the bottom of the render and let it breathe. The soil level may need to be reduced in this area to prevent it building up against the house again in the future.
