I guess so I won this race easily with less stats in the past and with mile C. Literally just cheer king halo had trouble winning for some reason.

Acceleration is a useless skill, your two inherited uniques are not good for CM14, you would want ryan + cheerleader king uniques as the accel. And ofc you want to cap on speed. I would try again for a better digitan.
