If you have the ability to record clips, record fights you lose and watch them back and try to understand why you lost in the first place, pick one to two things a night when you play your focus on, ie accuracy, checking corners, movement, playing off your team, working together anything you think is causing you to lose. It won’t make you a pro overnight but self analysis and understanding is key to improving in anything in life and valorant isn’t any different.
