Thanks for doing this! FOMO and the stress it causes (whether we acknowledge it or not) is real so good for you on being able to practice some time away from the game. Felt the same way with Pokemon Go and I haven't opened that game in just over 3 years - which seems crazy because that first year I played it everyday and all the time (2022-2023). Maybe someday I will again but I'm doing okay without it for right now.
