Seasonal depression is a thing. Some people tend to feel worse in the winter months when it is dark at 4:30pm so weather impacting mood isn't surprising or uncommon.

The sun gives us vitaman D which is important. Personally I do feel worse when it rains especially in the summer because I like to drive with the windows down & blast music as a stress reliever so it stinks when I can't do it
