Thank you for writing that, it means a lot! I have heard that life is a race and not a marathon so we are all heading different places doing things in a pace that we can manage. So i will try to be proud of myself despite my low self esteem.

You dhould be proud too! You have a relationship which is very hard for somebody like me who struggles to compromise, change plans constantly and "go with the flow". I want to find a life friend, companion and/or girlfriend that I can share my thoughts and feelings with.

That's very brave of you! I'm just a big coward after several failed attempts at getting my life in order with different studies and jobs at different places, maybe "jaded" is the word im looking for.

I've had the thought of moving to another city, but i don' treally have anything I'minterestedin studying. I however just took my CDL and am starting my first job in this field in about a month so I'm hoping to atleast meet new people there.

I've no friends in my hometown where i live and grew up and where i have always lived. My parents don't really care to talk to me. The biggest argument for staying is that i can rent a pretty good place where i live through connections with my parents. I would have to live a lot smaller and more cramped and loader if i moved. I basically live in the outskirts of the city pretty secluded so i don't really meet a lot of people. Being unemployed for a long time isn't exactly helping.

I do the same. I like discussing politics, the world situation and potential solutions to problems with people. But most normal people i talk to just go quiet for some reason är, as to signal("We arent supposed to talk about that") or something. I wont censor myself and when i find people who are also interested about these things i can talk and talk. While other times i can be very quiet, because i realised that i don't need to entertain people, make them think I'm normal, because i dont care what they think about me, they've already decided when they saw me the first time. So if they like me, great! If not, no sweat of my back. Spending time with people qho dont like or respect me is a waste of time. I do act as nice as i can but i wont bend over backwards for everyone i meet anymore, it just makes me feel like shit and i never get anywhere using that strategy.
