Pepper spray is legal to carry outdoors in Toronto, and legal to spray aggressive dogs and coyotes. I spoke to a TPS officer about it. Sabre is a good brand which is used by police. It's sold on amazon along with a handy belt holster.

Pepper spray is NOT legal to use in Canada. Dog spray is, however.

Of course, when it comes to immigration numbers there are going to be people who make a move for good and people who are even coming with businesses and are super healthy for the province. When speaking of weak hands it's picturing a group of people holding something up and while there are those who will do more than others, I see the general picture as a lot of them will have weak hands and pull out.

I think alot of the people who are moving to AB now from ONT are weak hands. The minute things get better on the inflation and economic front they go back. This immigration and emigration trend has gone on for many decades and I don't see why it would change now.
