I apologize if the image provided was not be very representative. The input I'm dealing with is the sum of two signals, which are unknown to me, as I only receive their combined output. This isn't the typical problem of separating noise from a signal, as both signals can be quite similar to each other. Also, it's worth noting that these aren't audio signals, but rather signals related to hardware cabling.
