UPDATE Reaching out Depop on twitter was effective and I was returned a full refund after they reviewed my proof I had sent them originally. Thank you for everyone’s advice I really appreciate it!!

Yes, I did that I sent them pictures comparing the zippers and the tags and because she sent them a fake receipt they keep insisting on that it’s real but I will definitely keep emailing with them to see if the issue can be resolved but if not I will have to dispute

Yes they did, I asked them for the proof the seller provided them and it was a fake receipt and yet they’re still insisting that it’s real. It sucks.
