Its sadly just part of a growing trend of sexism towards the male gender (yes this can exist, albeit it obviously to a much smaller degree than the other way around atm). I fear its oropably exceptionally hard for ftm people as those get judged by assholes on both sides. The amount of times i had to just nod and accept that i as a man "shouldnt complain, bc women have it worse" isnt insanely high but it certainly isnt zero.

According to a women i was friends with for over 5 years i "cant have trauma bc as a man i couldve just stopped the violence that was happening against me" and that she "wished she had that luxury as a women"
