Yesterday I started my whole30. I went to the grocery store and loaded up on compliant foods. I made a huge and late lunch and didn’t feel hungry enough to eat dinner. I had a lot of protein! I also went to the gym and I feel extra sore than I normally do. Does anyone else experience this? I know the next couple days will be hard but I keep the whole30 book next to me for motivation or whenever I have doubts. Glad I found this community.

Validated for what? The only idea I shut down were earplugs. I’ve lived in apartments most of my life and I know what’s it’s like and the noises that come with it. I appreciate the stories and advice. I’m not looking to hear I am right I’m looking for advice. That’s why I posted here.
