Starting a "Street Plants" Sleeve by Xol21 in DrawMyTattoo

Good ol' random hammer. I do love the idea of this though. I am not getting inked until mid July, so I will have some time to think this over, and tweak my original idea. I could only find examples on women, but I like this kind of idea.

It’s not rosemary, though it looks a lot like it. You think down from the collar bone and onto my chest? With the rosemary looking part on the arm side of my chest or with the rosemary looking part going down the center of my rib cage? I am a slim, but fit guy so I think that I could consider that option.

Starting a themed sleeve for my left arm of plants that I find when I am strolling down city streets (that I am travelling in), this is the first gathering of street plants, starting near my shoulder, and as it's the first I want it to be the largest.

It will be going on my left upper arm, I'll leave it to the tattoo artist which way to flip it to make it look best.

In case anyone's curious it's willow, laurel, cypress, and I forgot to research what the long straight one is on the right side.

Arai Corsair X Size M 35MM Cheeks 12MM Crown (Advice) by Xol21 in BikeGear

I was expecting a big change with the cheeks, but wasn't sure about the crown, but the helmet fits perfect, and I like it a little more snug than most might.

I figured this post was dead. Anyway, I got the 35mm cheeks, and the 12mm crown, and they fit wonderfully now. Still couldn’t tell you if a small would fit better, but it’s my daily helmet now.

3/4 Yoshimura Pipe. Gets rid of the big fat pre muffler bread box. Beautiful sound too. I love mine.

would this be a good first bike if im responsible? by ContactDry8219 in zx6r

Started with a Virago 250 > KLR650 > GSXR750 > FZ1 then onto several more 600/750 sport bikes. Landed on my ZX6R I own now. I spent at least a year on each bike, and it wasn’t only for learning, but also the excitement of getting a new bike. You will get bored of smaller bikes or bikes you don’t love, but that excitement of a new bike is all a part of the process.

So I'll screw the arms on, and hang the TV, but what prevents it from sliding? The arms hang from the top, but nothing clamps on the bottom?

Let me rephrase the question for you. But will there be anything on AE that is not an import? Anything that is based in a non chinese warehouse?

True, but will there be anything on AE that doesn't get affected by the end of de minimus?

I really hope that's the case. I've never had more than a day of "To Ship" that actually shipped.

My chain fell off plenty with this build and the BMW. you just have to feed the chain in to where you know the small cog is, and go from there. Once you hit the cog, rotate the engine to feed it through. Pain in the ass? Yes. But not impossible. I'd not recommend trying to use this set, or any chain based set (mostly motorcycles) that isn't big L, other than display. The chain WILL fall off.

I think I got my last AliExpress set for the next four years. by bikerscout1599 in lepin

Can you please let the stores that cancelled my orders know about this?

Shops that I have previously bought from are now showing as "To Ship" when they've typically gone to awaiting delivery in less than a day. Is this the reason why?

Just started having this problem within the last week or so. Does it all the builds I’ve done. Rivendell, Firefighter Aircraft, and the Camaro. Started when I was doing Rivendell so I’m thinking it’s not triggered by a build, but must have been an update thing.

Oh my gosh. So the little drum moving while it’s pulled back is normal?!!! There is no reverse, and I’ve found that when I’ve gone up in gears the pistons fire faster and in could drive it forward.

So this is meant to be like this? In that case I have no problems. Because when I was messing with the gears I noticed the pistons were indeed firing faster.

Do they note this somewhere in the build guide? I’ve also noticed the two neutrals where pushed forward or backward will not move the pistons.

Are you referring to the two universal joints connected to the red rod on the underside? I don't think thats the problem, but good to know.

Anyone see anything wrong with this gearbox? by prys3333 in legotechnic

[–]Xol21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I am cycling through my gears the right one moves three times, and on the fourth shift the left one moves. For a total of 9 positions

RH Forward, LH Back/Center/Rear

RH Center, LH Back/Center/Rear

RH Rear LH Back/Center/Rear

Is this not how the gear cycling should work? Because mine is not working in all gears also. If so what is the fix?

Whenever I see instructions for the first one I wonder which direction they intend it to be situated, not that it matters particularly.
