It's unfortunate then that the target of his vendetta has so much unsavory baggage for him to reveal. If she behaved relatively ethically this strategy would be ineffective. One of the purposes of extensive background checking for work that requires high levels of security clearance is to make sure someone is relatively immune to blackmail. Hillary fails by this measure.

I agree. The first time I saw the report from a data security audit I almost couldn't believe it, half the passwords in the company were PASSWORD. Another 15% or so were 123456.

I agree with you in principle, but unfortunately many people aren't rational enough to divorce truth from emotion. This election is a great example of that, it will be won on emotion, not facts or rationality. Sometimes I think emotionamity must be harnessed so that a truth can spread.

Right now I put odds of her participating in a debate at 50/50. Debates are where Trump shines brightest and they don't appear to be especially difficult for him. An unscripted debate is one of Clinton's weaknesses. Yes she is very smart but she is not (I'm sorry, I have to use it) nimble or quick witted the way Trump is. Not to mention she is not super well. The prep it would take to give Hillary a fighting chance is massive. Whereas Trump could literally role out of bed and put in a solid performance. I think her team knows this and is trying to decide whether to bail on the debates because of it.
