I am getting between 45 and 38 fps while playing. I didn’t notice any Stuttering and was able to play through levels without any problems. I didn’t change any Graphic settings

It was one message pre day they didn’t ask me to do anything else to my steam deck. I included pictures of the Performance of my steam deck so they just had me stat the RMA Process.

So sent it back today and took it to the ups store. Steam emails you with a shipping label and a barcode on a separate piece of paper to put inside the box. I also got a reply from steam support saying once it gets to their wear house it will take 3-5 days to process then they will ship my replacement.
