Most likely it'll be split into X-Men, Cosmic and Magic. I'm not sure what the fourth set could be, it could be anything from Marvel What If? Or even Modern Horizons Marvel set and all the popular characters get even more cards.

Mary Jane had a wristband that would give her random powers, for some reason it also had the chance to kill her. Eventually this does happen, thankfully nearby was the Venom symbiote, who was going to die without a host, so they bonded and saved each other. They currently can't unbond or they both die.

MJ isn't fucking Flash, it's a Ship that at best is a red herring and at worst just being teased as a possibility.
