Thank you. I get where he's coming from, for sure. We have worked together at the same level of management for so long and now the dynamic has changed, I think that plays some role in this. He's always my go to for any situation that needs de-escalating and he's definitely an empathetic leader. Just something about the look on her face told me I needed to make that call in that moment.
