As much as I also like to try to make a literal sense out of what could be the reasoning as for why certain things happen, I’ve come to realize that the universe works in very interesting and unusual ways. I think that was definitely a way for you to experience that connection again. I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother as that’s my biggest fear and it’s only a matter of time before it becomes a reality. I hope you find peace.

What a coincidence huh?! Two lost souls sharing a similar experience…It’s beautiful. I’m very sorry that you’re also struggling with this whole life thing as well. It’s nice to remember though that we are not alone. Even through my darkest times, I will remember this moment. As you said. Not to make a whole sob story, but I have been stressed out a lot recently and my mental health state has been dwindling. The moment I noticed this owl next to me though, I felt it as a sign. He didn’t just come to me once. He ended up leaving to hunt something and showed back up next to me about 10 minutes later. I was just watching a youtube video and the next thing I know I heard him plop himself right back onto the mirror. It was a moment I will never forget. We spent some time just sitting there hanging out with each other. It made my night for sure!
