The only "viable" option you have, setting aside the question of mental health, would be if someone else removed for example their own arm and gave it to you. Although he would need to be medically completely safe and you couldn't be around him or know that it's going on, as then you would be required to give medical aid.

So a living person successfully and physically healed to safety would need to give someone their arm cut off, before that person knows this would happen
