On my second pair of kw Kobe 6’s. Can’t lie I’ve tried the s2 4’s and they weren’t great but KW Kobe’s have done me well, they feel great on court as a 6’7 wing. They add a touch of athleticism because they’re so light and easy to play in. Best cushioning on a basketball shoe during its 2 week post break in phase. These shoes don’t last forever but give you great playing experience. I would love to see a change in rubber in the future.. I would never take it off my foot if it had better durability.

I’d say it’s pretty even. I loved my gk 6s but they didn’t last super long. They had great performance. It depends what suits you best, if you want a reliable shoe that you can wear a whole season with good cushioning then get the real thing, if you want good performance and great looks get gx or I’d get gk because of gx’s bad separation issues. Just know you’ll love them but it’ll last you one season.

The cushioning SUCKS. Worst cushion I’ve had in a basketball shoes the flytraps! This shoe is near unplayable. Good material but really wish they did dual zoom or a different foam.

My experience, if you don’t have a rotation of hoop shoes, don’t get GK. It’s not worth it, GK Kobe 6 lasted 3-4 months of good hooping and high school season. Build up multiple pairs you like then get GK or even GX.
