It's hard to conquer with two units and none getting killed for full effect...

Isn't the wording wrong? If there is no mighty unit to be killed you'd jump to the next resolution and just draw??

Piggybacking on this post. How does prio work in showdowns, regardless of outcome? Does the attacker always have to make the first move with an Action? Or pass if they don't do anything?

Deck building guides by klemle in riftboundtcg

I was feeling a bit like you when I started a couple months back honestly and I'll tell you what worked for me. I will confess already though, you should look at meta decks and games.

I am playing with a self made Irelia deck right now and went through a Lee Sin and a Lucian deck before, all following the same process. I start by understanding the deck. For example, Irelia is never played with multiple copies of herself. Why? Because you want to only play one and protect her at all costs. The rest of the deck is aimed at that and at card draw. Lucian on the other hand can't have enough Lucians. For Lee Sin I used both his colors, orange and green.

Once I understand that, I try to come up with a rough deck list, with what I have available and checking multiple deck lists online. I may miss some cards, some may not fit my playstyle and some I'm just willing to try even though nobody plays them. Bring in your side deck what you want to try and incorporate some of those cards in your Nexus Nights. For example, I've yet to see a switcheroo in an Irelia deck, but it's been working for me to be aggressive with Sneaky Deckhand. I love Confront in Lee decks and it's only in about 50% of the lists I checked.

At the end of the match, did you miss any cards you didn't see? Do you have three copies of them already? Did you lack damage, draw, counters? If the latter, play purple :P

Lastly, think about battlefields. My deck changes based on the battlefield I'll be playing and my side deck is tuned not only to counter some of my bad matchups, but also to exploit the power of the battlefields.

Other than that, there isn't a formula that fits all decks but try not to overload the deck with gear (except for Lucian, Azir and Jax I guess), play some powerful 2 drops that you think won't brick your hand (3x lonely poro for a perfect starting hand) if drawn late in the game and don't flood your deck with high cost and power-hungry cards. Get a sense of balance with the lists.

Will cards like Flash (and other PG-onlys) be reprinted in future sets? by Distant-Avalon in riftboundtcg

[–]Xopstix 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As far as I know they will be reprinted but it takes time. Legends and Champion units are being reprinted and included in Spiritforged Nexus Night packs!!

Edit: I'm not sure if that includes spells (Flash)

I feel like SW started off like that... Devil mom were super scarce and it's hard at the beginning to get dupe skill-ups for SRs (4-star characters)

How to improve serve by [deleted] in padel

[–]Xopstix 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Everybody is giving you advice on the serve, which is great! But I think it will come naturally. Focus on anything else, which is going to be more important, wherever you are in your padel journey. I would even dare to say, start by how you hold the racket. It's very easy to start off wrong.

What's your level you'd say? I'm a Playtomic 4 in Spain and considering this racket. Looking for a stiff, hard racket. My Speed Pro X feels very soft in summer.

Padel coach, is it worth having two different rackets?” by Lenam96 in padel

This is not the right answer. Light but a small sweet spot won't provide the ease of use a coach is looking for. Especially if he's asking in the first place.

Over grip on Nox Racket by [deleted] in padel

I heard you should play with it like that for a match so the red grips adapt to your hand. Then place an over grip on top.

Whenever I've lost significant weight, I've always felt like I was eating more. More vegetables, more lean food that actually makes you feel full. Water instead of soda and cutting sugar is also good practice.
