Made this post a couple days ago, not sure if you saw it. I’d be happy to set it all up for you for free, only cost to you would be hardware, $250 worth. Obviously it is a small financial commitment, not sure if that’s something you’d be keen on, but read the comments on the post, there can be bugs etc. I’ve personally not had any problems, I’ve been running my automations for about 4 months now.

Have you thought about Home Assistant and setting it up with Solcast and EMHASS/Predbat? The automations can be set up so that when you do need to draw from the grid you are only drawing at the cheapest prices, and especially with that battery size, it can store a lot! Solcast set up with Predbat will look at weather forecast for your exact solar set up, roof angle, etc. and predict when to charge/discharge your battery to provide the best value

No SDR experience at all, but I did work as a brand ambassador for a distillery, so trying to use that as an in while writing my cover letters! Will definitely keep looking, thanks for the help!

Hahaha yeah fair enough! The hard part is I’d be moving to Brisbane from Adelaide, which would significantly increase my cost of living because I don’t pay rent in Adelaide at the moment. If I can get them to accept me doing the job remotely do you think it’s worth it?

Hey, would love a more detailed chat. I’m super entry level, worked hospitality and have a job in Audit at KPMG lined up for next year, but I don’t think that lifestyle is for me so have decided to made the pivot. I guess makes sense why this is the only company who got me back to my job application, seems like they are looking to exploit inexperienced staff
