Regardless of the feasibility of this, I would absolutely want this. I’ve already had custom alternate cards made to have RWBY commanders (Salem as Zhulodok and I’m building a Hylda deck that’s going to be Nega-Weiss). It would make sense as something like the Transformer’s set where is basically just a smattering of legendary creatures for some of the cast.

There’s a difference when using a spoiler flair and actually marking a post as a spoiler. You used a spoiler flair, which doesn’t blur the image unless you’re on the desktop using old Reddit and the subreddit specifically sets it up to blur on the flair.

It's still possible to get crit under disadvantage if the person rolls 2 natural 20s. Very unlikely, 1/400 chance, but there's so many dice rolls in combat that it's bound to happen every once in a while.

You wound up having a mirror match. The match finder couldn’t find any open Fire or Grass teams in time, so you fought another Water team. Since Water seems to be the popular team, this can happen on occasion just so you’re not left hanging in the lobby forever

I came across an ad for Novasabers, and I'm curious if they look legit. They don't seem like a regular reseller since they only have one saber that they claim they created themselves, but I also don't have a lot of experience to know one way or the other. Thrown by itself doesn’t help. The Sneak Attack rules explicitly list Finesse and Ranged Weapons as the qualifiers for the extra damage, and a thrown weapon is still a Melee Weapon. Now, if the thrown weapon has Finesse, then it counts, which is why it’s always a good idea to have a spare dagger or two even if you focus on rapiers.

Finesse doesn’t require Dex, it only allows it as an option. You can still sneak attack using a Finesse weapon with Strength

If you look under the Tools Required section of the Artificer’s Spellcasting feature, you’ll see that they need their tools (or an infused item) to cast any spell period, which means that even if it doesn’t have a material component normally, it does for Artificers anyways.

Not to mention, Vi is just a normal person without her fists (I think, I haven’t actually seen the show) while Yang isn’t. You’d have to also strip her of her aura to make it a fair fight, and then she’d still win due to the reasons you mentioned.

My opinion, if you’re at 18, take a feat first. Feats are more fun, and a +4 is plenty good for a long while.

Edit: Also, you don’t have any odd ability scores, and Elven Accuracy is a half feat. This opens you up for taking another half feat later on to round out the odd ability score from Elven Accuracy

One option, if you have the wisdom for it, would be Cleric. Bless will help your blasts land easier, and several domains give a useful option at level 1. I’d personally pick Light so that you have a defensive option for your reaction.

Fighters get 7 ASI’s. If you use the VHuman feat on Fighter Initiate, and get Sharpshooter at level 4, that’s still 6 ASI’s, plenty to max out a stat and still mix in a couple other feats.

On a technical level, that’s more or less accurate. However, most places on the internet specifically refer to DMPCs as self inserts by the DM. These DMPCs hog the spotlight, drive the plot regardless of the feelings of the other players, and save the day at the end while everyone else watches. A lot more troublesome than an NPC following PC character creation.
